We use the Swiss Post to ship all of our products. The shipping prices that are displayed at the moment of checkout are for parcel up to 2 kilos. If you would like to track your parcel, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us so we can arrange a tracking option for you.
Packaging and Handling
Each order is packed with love and care.
The choice of our packaging materials was made considering a low impact to our environment. We decided to use 100% recycled poly mailers which will not only keep your yarn secure until its destination but also our planet safe. Each mailer is reusable so it is highly recommended to give it a second use.
Delivery Time
Orders of existing stock are processed within 2 – 3 days after the transaction is completed and the funds are received.
The delivery time after the parcel is shipped will depend on your country of residence. Below can be found an estimated delivery time per region:
- Switzerland: Economy parcels can take 2 – 3 days. Priority Parcels generally arrive the next day.
- Europe: Economy parcels can take 7 – 15 days. Priority parcels can take 4 – 7 days.
- United States/Canada/Australia/New Zealand: Economy parcels can take 8 -15 days. Priority parcels can take 4 – 8 days.
- South America: Economy parcels can take 15 – 20 days. Priority parcels can take 8 – 10 days.
Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until Monday. Please add extra days to the delivery time in such cases.
